How much does it cost?

As each house is a community-run initiative, members share housing costs and household fees for additional services like utilities, cleaning, etc. This will be quoted in a monthly membership fee during the application and written into the membership agreement.

You can expect the membership fee to cover:

  • Room
  • Basic Furnishings
  • WiFi
  • Water
  • Electricity
  • AC Servicing
  • Cleaning Services
  • Pest Control
  • Gardening
  • etc.

It will not cover:

  • Groceries
  • Repairs
  • Additional Furnishings
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?

Short term: < 3 months

Our most flexible term for members who want to experience our homes in a short-term setting. This option is perfect for those who are seeking a temporary haven or are in transition, offering a taste of our community's lifestyle without a long-term commitment.

Medium term: 3 to 6 months

We want our members to have opportunities to learn and grow from different influences, so we try to run our homes on a cohort-by-cohort basis. Successful graduates of our homes have the choice to go to other houses and come back for future cohorts.

Long term: 6+ months

Reserved for hosts. We offer the members that display the strongest resonance to our values an opportunity to start a new house when they graduate. Such members stay long term as hosts and are responsible for the upkeep of the home and the people.

When will my security deposit be returned?

Your deposit will be returned to you after 15 days from the date of your check-out to the account of your choosing, minus any remaining charges or damages.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments in the form of bank transfers, cash, and stablecoins.
